How the match works
Most digital-nomad visas gate on one thing: proof you earn enough to support yourself without working locally. We compare the monthly income you enter against each visa's published threshold, normalised to US dollars so a single number does the work. Where a visa lets you qualify on a lump sum of savings instead, we check that too.
Employment type matters as much as the amount. Some visas accept only salaried remote employees with a foreign contract; others welcome freelancers and company owners, and a few count passive income. We filter to the routes that fit how you actually earn.
Every threshold here is verified against an official immigration or consulate source and dated. Figures move with minimum-wage updates and exchange rates, and family size changes the bar, so treat this as a fast shortlist, not a final ruling. When you find a fit, the insurance requirement is the next thing consulates check — that's where we can actually help.
