- Non-EU investors seeking EU residence via real estate, subordinated bank deposit, or Latvian company investment
- Requirement
- Min investment from ~50,000 EUR (~54,000 USD) in Latvian company + state fee, or 250,000+ EUR real estate, or 280,000+ EUR subordinated bank deposit - VERIFY current 2026 thresholds
