Visa types & longer-stay routes for Bangladesh
Rules are written for foreign nationals (non-Bangladeshi citizens) applying through a Bangladesh mission abroad or via the official online application portal visa.gov.bd (the MRV system still requires physical document submission and a passport sticker — Bangladesh has no full e-visa yet). Exact eligibility, fees and visa-on-arrival access vary by nationality.

Visa-free isn’t insurance-free
Whatever route you take into Bangladesh, your entry stamp never includes health cover. Many longer-stay visas also require proof of insurance before they’re granted. That part is on you — and it’s what we actually do.
