- Foreign nationals (humanitarian staff, journalists, diplomats and similar) seeking to enter the Gaza Strip; routine entry is effectively suspended/closed.
- Requirement
- Access is controlled by Israel (and historically Egypt via Rafah); a coordinated permit is required and approvals are exceptional. Governments such as the UK FCDO state they cannot assist with Gaza entry/exit permits.
